IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST GRACIOUS THE MOST MERCIFUL

“ If there is no ups and downs in your life, you’re dead .“
._.

لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ ....
[2:286]

What does it mean by the verse?

“Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.. .”

Yeah, here it is.. we may claim that we are not strong enough to face the obstacles and challenges.. do bear in mind, as everything happens for its reason.. do discover those secrets behind the obstacles we have to encounter and face through them. Regarding the verse, it is absolutely true... He never puts a burden to His creations as He knows what is the best for them.

As we can see, people are going to tell us that life is wonderful or pretend that they have all the answers. Life is hard and for those of us living with a chronic illness, it seems to be harder than it is because the struggle is endless..

Sometimes it seems that no matter how hard we try, we keep running into dead ends, or end up banging our head against a wall…

But,

What makes life beautiful?
No matter how hard the obstacles that we have faced in this life, do remember this one thing. Always put Him as the first priority.. as Allah said in the Quran ;

“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find peace..”
[13:28]

It's all about remembering Him in whatever happens to us. Once we fall, we will stand up and start again. We seek for His help every day, how does it affect ourselves then?

Yes, we gain the strength and energy to survive, we feel confident and brave enough to be what we want. If people notice, they will care and if they do not, we know where we stand. We gain the inner strength and that moment we will know that our inner strength is able to build our personality as well. But how do get this inner strength?

When we look around, it always seems that others make it through the hard times so easily. It almost seems like a smooth sailing for them through the ocean of life and we find ourself asking if we will ever get to the point or not?

I know it’s hard, but I always remember this:-

“Sometimes it just takes one prayer to change everything.“

It is already sufficient. Whatever problems come to you, perform the Salah first. It’s the miracle of the prayer itself which makes the person to be stronger, healthier than he/she realised. We believe that He is the best planner and everything which happens in our life is a blessing from Him because it always comes with a good reason.

When things get tough, no matter how hard they become, know that even on your darkest cloudy day, the sun is still shining behind the clouds…

Don’t let your struggles steal your happiness. Stay strong and find new ways to survive and persevere and believe there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Those are your strongest days. You would have never experienced such strength if you hadn’t been pushed so hard to find a way to survive.

You won’t know your real strength until being the strongest is the only choice you have.

And that’s what we are. A servant of Him and a survivor!

You are not alone in this journey. Do thank everyone that keeps pushing you to fight up till now.

They say good things come to those who wait.

It’s true.
